Mero Yogashala is currently offering Online, Physical, Teacher Training, and Group & Private Sound Healing Sessions. 🧘‍♀️

🧘 Online Yoga – 5:00–6:00 AM
🌿 Physical Yoga Classes – Morning & Evening
🎓 Yoga Teacher Training – 2:00–4:00 PM

Sound Healing sessions must be booked at least one week in advance, according to your preferred date and time.
📅 Closing Days: Saturday & Sunday

Choose the class that best suits your schedule and make yoga a part of your daily life. 🙏
