Life changes in an instant. The years start flying by.

It has taught me the value of basic functions like sleep. I no longer define success as my accomplishments on paper.

As the world keeps spinning, it's important to understand what is important to YOU.

You're not lazy.

Your brain is actually working against you.

Dopamine is more than a pleasure chemical, its also the anticipation chemical. Your brain releases it when you EXPECT a reward, not when you receive one.

I see this in clients who describe themselves as unmotivated. They aren't broken, sometimes their reward prediction system has just gone quiet.

Dopamine reacts to small, believable wins. Give yourself credit for the small wins this week, and see if more dopamine gets released!

10 years ago if you told me this is where i'd be,

I would've said NONSENSE!

I could have never imaged all the people i've met, all the opportunities, lessons or growth that I would get to experience.

I was almost naive, not knowing how much stepping out my comfort zone could do. Developing IFnT has brought a lifelong dream to fruition.

I am able to help so many people around the world achieve their dreams as well.

What people don't see behind the scenes...

Hundreds of emails, endless messages and a fully packed schedule!

Everyday I come into work, check my emails and reply to messages. I love my job, and it brings me so much joy but it can get overwhelming sometimes.

Sometimes, I just push through onto the next task until my day is gone. But I am learning this week to slow down, to let my thoughts and ideas have space.

Despite the endless list of tasks, I love what I do, and will continue doing it every day.
