Alchemy is a bit different to the rest of our range.

It's a liquid-fermentation mycelium extract (Shiitake, Maitake, Lion's Mane, Agaricus blazei) rich in the Active Hexose Correlated Compounds (AHCC-class compounds), and we make it for one job: immune and winter resilience support. It's not a replacement for our daily blends, just the one we reach for when we want some extra backup through the cold months.

Winter doesn’t make it easy. It’s colder, darker and much more tempting to stay inside. But it’s still worth making the effort.

Plenty of brands say their products are tested. For us, that means something specific. Every batch is third-party tested in New Zealand for: heavy metals, microbials, pesticide residues, and beta-glucans (the marker of a real extract). Then we publish the reports on our site, so you don't have to take our word for it. NZ-owned, NZ-tested. Reports are under Test Reports on our website.

We've been doing a Sauna most Sundays for a while now, and it's become the part we protect. Fifteen minutes in the heat, followed by a cold ocean swim under the southern stars. Run back up to the sauna and repeat. No phones, no talking about work.

The nightcap is our Rise blend with cacao. Reishi, Chaga, and Turkey Tail stirred into cacao. It's less about any one part and more about the whole wind-down working together. By the time we're done, the day's properly over and sleep comes easier.
