We recently completed a major overhaul of our Pharmacy Department at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. The redesign and renovations create more efficient workflow, incorporate the most advanced technology for safe storage of medication, include dedicated teaching space for pharmacy residents and students, and set us up well for future growth. Now Hiring: We're seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Supervisor to join our Respiratory Department on Weekend Nights. As an RRT Supervisor, you will assist the Director in organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to Respiratory Care Services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring services align with the hospital's mission while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality, safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care.

Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration, or Leadership (Preferred)

Experience:
• 1+ year of leadership experience (Required)
• 1+ year of Respiratory Care practice experience (Required)

Licenses & Certifications:
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Required)
• ACLS (Required)
• PALS (Required)
• BCLS/BLS (Required)
