I got fired today… and honestly, we call these wins!

In this field, being “fired” often means something beautiful—someone has grown, healed, and reached a point where they no longer need you. That’s the goal.

It’s always a bittersweet moment, but watching someone transform over time, regain their strength, and move forward on their own is what keeps me going. I’ve always believed that if I can help change even one person’s life for the better, then I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

My wife will be joining me and will be working with our kiddos! She is a compassionate, experienced therapist with over 10 years of practice and sees children and adults ages 8 and up.
