The Guo Technique didn't just stay in Appleton.

The Mayo Clinic — one of the most respected medical institutions in the world — adopted Thread Carpal Tunnel Release and has completed hundreds of cases.

Their research found that patients who had the thread release returned to work 3x faster than those who had traditional open surgery.

Other findings from peer-reviewed studies:

→ Zero recurrence of symptoms at 2 years
→ Significant pain reduction compared to traditional surgery
→ No neurovascular complications
→ Office workers returned to work on post-op day 1

This isn't experimental. It's proven. And it started right here.

Your hands go numb at night. You drop your coffee mug. Your grip isn't what it used to be.

Sound familiar? You might have carpal tunnel syndrome.

It happens when the median nerve gets compressed inside a narrow passage in your wrist called the carpal tunnel. The most common symptoms:

→ Numbness or tingling in your thumb, index, and middle fingers
→ Pain that wakes you up at night
→ Weakness in your grip — dropping things more often
→ A "pins and needles" feeling that travels up your arm

It's one of the most common nerve problems in the body, and it affects people who use their hands for repetitive work — mechanics, hairstylists, office workers, construction crews, musicians.

The good news? You don't need major surgery to fix it.

More on that soon. 👇

🧵 No scalpel. No stitches. No kidding.

Welcome to the official page for Guo Clinic — home of the Guo Technique, the world's first incisionless carpal tunnel release.

I'm Dr. Danzhu Guo. My brother and I developed this procedure after years of performing traditional orthopedic surgery. We asked one question: if ultrasound lets us see inside the body, why are we still cutting it open?

That question led to Thread Carpal Tunnel Release (TCTR) — a 10–15 minute in-office procedure done through two needle punctures. No blade. No scar. No general anesthesia. Patients go back to work the next day.

The Guo Technique is now performed at the Mayo Clinic and by physicians across the country.

If you're waking up with numb hands, dropping things, or losing sleep from pain and tingling — follow this page. We'll be sharing how the procedure works, real patient results, and everything you need to know.
