These phrases are not just her being dramatic or irritable. She may be carrying fear, sadness or shame under the surface.
This is why parents should watch for changes from their daughter’s baseline. Ask yourself:
🟤 Is this behavior new or more intense?
🟤 Is it affecting her daily life?
🟤 Is she avoiding things she used to handle?
🟤 Is she more isolated than usual?
🟤 Has she talked about hopelessness, self-harm, or not wanting to be here?
