I remember the first time I experienced sound, it was about 20 years ago, I had just gotten into yoga/Ayurveda and I came across Tibetan singing bowls. I was fascinated, it wasn’t just something I heard—it was something I felt. I saw colors, experienced energy, and found myself completely drawn into a world I didn’t yet understand but deeply wanted to explore.

That curiosity turned into a journey. One that’s been unfolding ever since. One I get to share at Elevated Vibes. I’m still learning, still growing, forever asking and listening for guidance from above ✨🎶🩷 if you’ve been to EV, thanks so much for being part of this beautiful journey.
