A little glimpse into our Wave of Light event last night.
What a truly beautiful night spent remembering our babies, sharing their stories, and honoring them in whatever way was needed.
We had a few special activities available throughout the evening, including journaling, writing letters to our future selves to open a year from now and placing our babies’ names on hearts in our drop frame, surrounding the words, “I carried you for every second of your life, and I’ll love you for every second of mine.”
We also lit an extra candle for the mamas who couldn’t be with us that night, making sure their babies were remembered and held in our hearts, too.
Each mama received a little care kit to bring extra comfort throughout the evening and to take home as a reminder that while we spend so much time loving and caring for our babies, we deserve that same love and care, too.
So grateful for these mamas, their babies, and the chance to create space for the memories, the emotions, and everything in between.
