✨Behind the scenes of our monthly team meeting ✨

Today we spent time reflecting on the values that guide our work, the strengths we each bring, and the areas where we want to continue to grow as doulas and as people.

There were honest conversations, vulnerable moments, a lot of emotion, and yes… a box of tissues in the middle of the table.

A lot of our work also happens quietly behind the scenes. These meetings give us space to connect with one another, support each other, and continue growing alongside the families we serve.

Feeling grateful for a team rooted in compassion, trust, and genuine care.
