OxyMed is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Position Details:
📍 Full-Time
🕣 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Competitive Pay

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and kindness.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients with questions.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient services.
• Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records.
• Working with physicians’ offices, hospitals, and insurance providers.
• Assisting patients with CPAP equipment, oxygen therapy, and other home medical equipment needs.
• Processing paperwork and supporting daily office operations.
• Providing exceptional customer service while helping improve patients’ health and quality of life.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, positive, and compassionate.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Able to multitask in a busy office environment.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Medical office or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
