Edgewood's staff members have special expertise in creating an environment and providing care for residents with Alzheimer's and other types of memory loss. Our memory care services positively impact cognitive functioning and improve quality of life. Pearl’s Place residents enjoy the services and amenities of assisted living plus: • Designated Nurse Manager • Higher staff to resident ratio • Secure environment • Dining assistance • Incontinence care • Activities appropriate for those with physical and cognitive challenges. Willie doesn’t come to Rock Steady Boxing because he’s training for a heavyweight title. He comes because he’s giving Parkinson’s a run for its money.

For Willie, every class is a commitment to keep moving. What started as an exercise program has become something much bigger: a community, a source of confidence, and a place where determination shows up again and again. The punches matter. The drills matter. But the real victory is showing up and refusing to let Parkinson’s define the next chapter.

Parkinson’s may have changed the fight, but for Willie, it doesn’t get the final round!
