🎉What a wonderful day at our Bar-B-Que at the Barn! 🐴❤️

This year, we moved our end-of-year Rider & Volunteer Appreciation Picnic to the summer and gave it a BBQ at the Barn theme! We love having the opportunity to celebrate our riders and all they have accomplished throughout the riding season while thanking our incredible volunteers and their families for making every lesson possible.

The afternoon was filled with delicious food, carnival-style games, sensory activities, raffle baskets, photo opportunities, visits with our horses and some special barnyard friends, plenty of laughter, and wonderful memories. We wrapped up the day with the long-awaited Pie an Instructor event—the grand finale reward from this year’s Cash Calendar Challenge!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and to all of the volunteers, family members, and Board of Directors who worked throughout the event, helped behind the scenes, ran activities, and stayed afterward to clean up. Your generosity and willingness to help made it possible for everyone to relax, have fun, and enjoy the celebration together.

A special thank you to Dubelicious Grille for the wonderful meal, Fran's Dairy Bar for the delicious ice cream, Mia's Cuddle Corner for bringing some adorable animal friends to visit, our talented volunteer face painters for sharing their time and creativity with our families, and everyone who donated prizes, and supplies. Your support helped make the day extra special!

While BBQ at the Barn was our annual Rider & Volunteer Appreciation Celebration, there is still another fun day at the barn to look forward to! Whether you joined us for the BBQ or couldn’t make it this time, we hope you’ll join us for our Reindeer & Sleigh Holiday Photos Fundraiser Event on Saturday, November 14, from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. This festive fundraiser is open to everyone and is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season while supporting the mission of Eos Therapeutic Riding Center.

Day4 of Eos work days. The old barn is full of hay for the horses and now we’re relaxing painting the deck, mounting block and all the benches. Thank you to all our helpers , much appreciated 🐴👫🇺🇸❤️🐾😊👏🏻

Day 2 of clean up and a wonderful job done. Red was watching over me and the whole crew. Our arena looks new. 👏🏻 Thank you Doug, Bethany, Sarah, Haler, Grace, Alyssa, Oliver. The driveway even is fixed but no speeding😉👍🏻🐴👫🇺🇸🐾❤️😊

This is what happens while Eos is on break in July. Thank you to all for making everything sparkle. Mr. Brown, Bethany, Sarah, Haley and Oliver. Tomorrow is day 2 of power washing and much more. Hay delivery for Wednesday at 5:30 if any strong helpers are home and can lend a hand.

Everyone at Eos TRC would like to send a huge Thank you to Bloomsburg Tractor Supply, Laura, Kathy John, and all the wonderful customers who have donated to Hoof Beats & ❤️ for Veterans and our Awesome Therapy Horses through the month of June.
The Stuff the Trailer fundraiser was very successful. Pine Shavings, Purina Senior Horse Feed, Bucket, Feeders, Wormer, Fly Spray, Vet Wrap, and many various health supplies will be a huge help with taking the Best Care of our therapy horses.
