Grief is just as much physical as it is emotional. It shows up in our bodies, making us feel heavy, tired, and unmotivated.

But research shows that gentle movement during grief can create space for release, relief, and connection. And it doesn't have to be intense to make a difference; it just has to be intentional.

🚶 Take a break and go for a short walk.
🧘 Sit on your floor and do a few slow stretches.
☀️ Go outside and enjoy the fresh air.
