We are continuing to meet our team 🩵💚 Mason Kirk has been part of Hope for All since day one. As our maintenance man, he's the person who keeps everything running smoothly, but his impact goes far beyond repairs and upkeep. If you don't find Mason fixing something around the facility, you might catch him singing karaoke in the day room, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone around him.
Mason is also known for making the best biscuits and gravy. He plays an important role in our community garden, helping it grow and thrive for the second year in a row.
When Miss Susan first shared her vision for Hope for All, Mason was one of the very first people she talked to about the program. Since then, he has remained a dedicated and faithful part of the Hope for All family.
Mason's passion for Hope for All comes from his own recovery journey. Having overcome his own addiction, he understands firsthand the challenges of addiction and the hope that recovery can bring. As Mason says, "Everyone is touched by drugs in some way." He believes one of the most powerful things about Hope for All is that it allows people to see a different side of the story. It shows the side of recovery, healing, and long-term sobriety.
To achieve his own recovery, Mason made the difficult decision to leave everything behind and start over. Today, his faith in God, his love for helping others, and his commitment to building a family atmosphere at Hope for All inspire everyone around him.
Mason loves his job, loves the ladies he serves, and loves being part of a program that gives people a second chance. Through his hard work, kindness, and unwavering dedication, he helps make Hope for All feel like home.
Mason, we love you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for everything you do. Thank you for being such an important part of the Hope for All family.
