Licensed Therapist. School Counselor. EMDR trained. And someone who knows how important it is to have a space where you can simply be yourself. 💙💛

Meet Millie Drake, MA, LCMHCA, one of our wonderful therapists at Evolve’s SouthPark location!

Millie knows that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. That’s why she brings a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to her work, creating a space where clients can feel safe exploring what they’re going through without fear of judgment.

She’s passionate about helping people grow, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and find ways to move through life’s challenges with more confidence. And because no two people are the same, Millie believes therapy should be tailored to the individual sitting in front of her. 💛

Millie is also EMDR trained, bringing another layer of experience and perspective to the work she does with her clients.

And when she’s not working? You might find her trying something new in the kitchen 🍳, curled up with a good book 📚, or searching for her next great thrift-store find. 🛍️ Those are three of her favorite things!

We love the warmth and genuine care Millie brings to Evolve—and the way she helps clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward becoming the version of themselves they want to be.
