💜🧠 June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month 🧠💜

At Rockbridge Oaks, we recognize the importance of raising awareness, supporting those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and honoring the families and caregivers who walk this journey every day.

This month, we proudly wear purple to show our support, spread awareness, and encourage conversations about brain health. Together, we can help create a more understanding and compassionate community for those affected by memory loss.

🎉 What a wonderful way to celebrate our May birthdays! 🎂

A huge thank you to Lindsey with Cornerstone Caregiving for providing another delicious cake—she always comes through with the best treats!

From karaoke and dancing to lots of laughter and smiles, our residents had an amazing time celebrating with our wonderful team members. Thank you to everyone who helped make this birthday party so special! 💜🎶🕺💃

Today, we proudly open our hearts and doors to welcome Mr. Jerrell home to Rockbridge Oaks. A new home is more than just a place to live it is a place to feel valued, cared for, and surrounded by people who become like family.

We’ve been having so much fun in our painting classes with Jenny these past few months! 🎨💜

From colorful masterpieces to lots of laughter, our residents have loved every minute of getting creative together. These classes have brought so many smiles, sweet moments, and chances to let imaginations shine. ✨🌟

A huge thank you to Jenny Gaylor for sharing her talent, patience, and joy with us each month, and always bringing such creative and unique ideas for our memory care residents to enjoy and participate in. We may be a little late sharing these photos, but the memories (and artwork!) have been too good not to post. 🖌️💜✨
