Had a ball today! 🎈💙 Our residents had an absolute blast playing Balloon Ball, sharing plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and smiles along the way. It’s amazing how something so simple can bring so much joy and keep everyone active! We love making memories like these at Martin Boyd.

Yesterday was the sweetest day at Martin Boyd! 🍦☀️ A huge thank you to Sweet Treats for stopping by and serving delicious treats to our staff, residents, and resident families! It was the perfect way to cool off, enjoy some smiles, and make sweet memories together on a hot summer day. Thank you for making our day extra special! 💜🍧

We had a special visitor today! 💚 Meet Yoda, a tenrec! While he may look like a hedgehog, he’s actually not related to hedgehogs or porcupines at all. Our residents loved learning about this unique little animal and getting to see him up close! 🦔✨

A big thank you to Landon from the Chattanooga Zoo for bringing Yoda to visit and sharing such a fun and educational experience with us. We always enjoy making new furry (and spiky!) friends! 💚🐾

What will they think of next?! Dustin at Hearth Hospice along with his team came by today to do an “iris folding” project with our residents.

They made beautiful creative butterfly art from the intricately folded pieces of paper! Aren’t they neat?! Each resident got to design their own butterfly.

Thanks, Dustin, and Hearth Hospice for a fun afternoon!

It’s amazing what fun you can have with an old egg carton, a few ping pong balls, and a friendly spirit of competition! 🏓🥚 Our residents put their skills to the test and shared plenty of laughs along the way. Sometimes the simplest games create the best memories! 😊

Happy Birthday to our wonderful residents! 🎉🥳

We celebrated 8 special birthdays at our monthly birthday party filled with smiles, sweet treats, and great company. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful ladies from Tyner Church of Christ for providing the delicious refreshments and helping make the celebration extra special. Here’s to another year of cherished memories! 💜🎂
