Hi, I’m Paige! 👋 Caregiver coach & pediatric PT 💪💙 Helping parents of kids with disabilities feel strong, supported & confident ✨

Got a hug from a caregiver this morning and honestly I’m still thinking about it.

She came in not knowing where to start. She left with a plan, a schedule, and the beginning of something that actually works for her family.

That’s the work. That’s why I built Foundation First.

Because caregivers deserve someone who doesn’t just tell them what to do — but actually helps them do it. That kind of support barely exists. I want to change that.

If you’ve been carrying everything alone and wondering if there’s someone who can actually help — there is. Free discovery call, link in bio.

Mornings don’t have to be the hardest part of the day.

This is a real family I worked with (shared with their permission). No complicated changes. Just targeted changes built around what was causing the most friction.

That’s the difference between generic advice and someone who actually looks at your life.

Save this if it resonated. And if you want someone to look at your mornings, book a call!! Link in bio.

“I’m fine.”

Two words. A lot of meaning behind them.

For caregivers of kids with complex needs, “I’m fine” is often the only answer that feels safe — or possible — to give.

You are allowed to not be fine. You are allowed to need support. And you don’t have to have hit rock bottom to deserve it.

If this resonated — share it. And if you’re ready to stop saying “I’m fine” and start actually getting support, my link is in the bio.

“What do you enjoy?”

It sounds like a simple question. But for a lot of caregivers, it’s one of the hardest ones to answer.

Not because they’ve lost who they are. But because they’ve had zero time or space to be that person for so long that it’s hard to remember.

That quiet disappearing is one of the things I talk about most with the families I work with.

You are not just a caregiver. You are a whole person. And you deserve support that treats you that way.

If this hit — drop a heart below. And if you’re ready to talk, my link is in the bio.

Nobody warned you about the grief that doesn't have a name. Or that you'd accidentally get a PhD in your child's diagnosis. Or that "you're so strong" would start to feel like the loneliest thing anyone could say to you.

This is the stuff that doesn't make it into the brochure.

If you recognized yourself in more than one of these slides — you're not broken, you're just carrying too much without enough help.

DM me "RESET." Let's actually talk about it.

Getting out shouldn't require a full event planning operation — but for a lot of complex-needs families, it kind of does.

These strategies don't make the world more accessible (we're working on that separately). But they make navigating it a little less exhausting.

Save this for your next outing. Send it to a family who's been feeling stuck at home.

And if you want help building an actual plan for getting your family out more — that's something I work on with families directly. Link in bio.

Nobody talks about what caregiver burnout actually looks like.

It’s not dramatic. It’s quiet.

It’s forgetting to eat.
It’s snapping and feeling guilty immediately.
It’s lying awake running tomorrow’s logistics while everyone else sleeps.

That’s not a bad attitude. That’s a person running on empty for way too long.

If this is you — I’m not going to tell you to take a bath or ask for help.

I’m going to help you build an actual plan.

I work specifically with parents of kids with disabilities and complex needs. And I have a few spots open right now for a free discovery call.

Book through the link in my bio. Let’s talk.
