Hailey is a Marriage and Family Therapist who seeks to join clients wherever they find themselves on their personal journey to wellness. As a therapist, Carissa is passionate about helping clients of all ages and backgrounds heal from the wounds of their past. She is honored to support clients as they grow to understand their own stories as ones of resilience and hope. She hopes that every person will be able to find more grace for themselves and for others as they work toward wellness. She enjoys walking alongside clients as they navigate trauma, grief, relational difficulties, and the everyday stressors of life.

Carissa grew up in a rural context with a high immigrant population which developed in her a love for seeing life from a diversity of cultural lenses. She has focused her studies on the impact that childhood trauma has on development and previously interned in Guatemala where she worked with young women who had experienced sexual abuse. She continues to be passionate about working with clients from a diversity of ethnic and family backgrounds.
