June is Men’s Health Month, an annual reminder of the gender’s challenges when it comes to health. Men, on average, live five years less than women. Men, on average, take part in annual wellness visits 25% less than women. Even Men’s Health Month (June) comes up a day short when compared to Women’s Health Month (May). This June, aspire to do better. Exercise regularly, eat healthily, and see a doctor!
