Some reminders don’t come from books or advice… they come from the body itself.
These are 6 truths I keep returning to in somatic therapy, and every time I do, they feel a little more real, a little more grounding, and a lot more freeing.
Your body is not working against you. It’s always trying to help you survive, soften, and find your way back home.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, or stuck, this is your gentle reminder: nothing in you is random. Your body is speaking. The question is, are you listening?
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering what your nervous system already knows how to do.
And yes… even rest counts as progress. (Your nervous system just said “finally.”)
