π Please Help Us Welcome Our New Speech-Language Pathologist, Sarah Hewitt! π
Sarah is a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting children and their families through neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and family-centered care. She has a special interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Sarah has a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master's degree from the University of New Hampshire. She has experience working in school-based settings where she supported students with disabilities, primarily autistic children and adults, with a wide range of communication needs. Sarah's additional experiences include being a NH-ME LEND Trainee and a trained Deafblind intervener. Originally from Colorado, Sarah has called New Hampshire home for the past five years. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her extensive houseplant collection and spending time with her two cats, Macaroni and Moose.
