Root, Breathe, Grow: A Mindful Planting Workshop invites you to slow down, settle into the present moment, and reconnect with both yourself and the natural world. In the midst of busy routines and constant movement, this gentle and grounding experience offers space to pause, breathe deeply, and nurture mindfulness through the simple act of planting.
We will begin with a calming guided meditation and mindful breathing practice designed to help you arrive fully in the moment and connect with the themes of grounding, growth, and renewal. From there, participants will move into a hands-on planting experience, intentionally filling a pot with soil and planting a small plant to care for and take home.
As you plant, you’ll be invited to reflect on your own personal growth, the importance of tending to yourself with patience and compassion, and the quiet ways we continue to evolve over time. Your plant will serve as a living reminder of presence, care, resilience, and the beauty of growing at your own pace.
