🧬 Your FFPE archive holds years of biological insight. The challenge? RNA quality often limits what you can learn from archived tissue.

CUTANA™ FFPE Transcriptional Activation Profiling helps researchers uncover transcriptional insights from archival FFPE samples without relying on RNA. Want to know if CUTANA™ FFPE is a good fit for your project?

Register for our June 24 webinar for an exclusive first look at CUTANA™ FFPE.

This webinar will be especially relevant if you are:
✅ Hitting the limits of RNA-seq or ATAC-seq on FFPE material
✅ Searching for oncology biomarkers that RNA-seq can't access
✅ Working with retrospective cohorts or limited archival tissue
✅ Studying disease states, tumor heterogeneity, or primary vs. metastatic tissue

At the end of the webinar, we'll share how to apply for EpiCypher's CUTANA™ FFPE Grant Program. This program is designed to help researchers explore CUTANA™ FFPE in their own work.

What regulatory features are missed when epigenomic data cannot be mapped with short reads?

A recent neuroscience study from researchers at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai used Fiber-seq to profile human brain tissue and identified approximately 20,000 accessible chromatin regions that were missed by short-read epigenomic sequencing approaches.

Our new blog summarizes these findings and highlights how Fiber-seq, a multiomic long-read sequencing assay, helped researchers resolve regulatory information directly on individual chromatin fibers, including:

✅ Cell-specific promoter and enhancer elements
✅ Nucleosome positioning near transcription start sites and regulatory motifs
✅ Regulatory features within sequences that were previously difficult or impossible to map using short-read methods

Read our blog to learn how CUTANA™ Fiber-seq is expanding what researchers can see in the epigenome.
