Gratitude Expands Us✨
This summer I had the honor of offering a drum circle with Amanda Willis for 115 magical women at a beautiful retreat in the New Hampshire woods.
During the final connection circle, the word that rose up in me was Expansion✨
Intentionally inviting growth, learning, remembering, curiosity, challenge, discovery, and connection💫

Embodying expansion beyond comfort zones and limiting patterns continues to be a wildly energetic mirroring experience of awareness and connection ✨
