Last night’s Sacred Breaths Journey with Brittany Lav was nothing short of incredible ✨

Such a powerful workshop filled with release, connection, and deep healing through breathwork. The energy in the room was amazing — especially having a great mix of men and women there. It created such a balanced, supportive environment where people could really relate, open up, and connect on a deeper level 💛

So grateful to have shared this experience with such an incredible group.

We can’t wait to do it again…
