Today, we join the global movement for World Maternal Mental Health Day. 🌎

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) are the #1 complication of childbirth, yet so many parents suffer in silence due to stigma. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, OCD, or psychosis, these are medical conditions—not character flaws.

The health of a mother is the foundation for the health of the family. Today, we wear the Blue Dot to represent our commitment to maternal mental wellness and to remind every parent: your mental health matters.

How you can support the movement today:
💙 Discuss it: Break the stigma by talking about perinatal mental health with friends and family.
💙 Educate: Learn the signs of PMADs (beyond just the "baby blues").
💙 Reach out: If you are struggling, professional support is a brave and vital step toward healing.

We are . If you're in the "fourth trimester" or anywhere on the journey of parenthood and feeling overwhelmed, we are here to help you find your way back to calm. 🕊️

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, but our mission remains the same every single day: making mental well-being a priority, not an afterthought. 🎗️
We often wait until we are "overflowing" with stress or anxiety before we seek help. But just like physical health, mental health is about maintenance. It’s about the small daily practices, the brave conversations, and the decision to put your peace first.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season or simply want to strengthen your emotional resilience, please know that seeking support is a sign of strength, not a lack of it. You are the most important project you will ever work on.
