By managing symptoms and easing emotional and spiritual pain, we assist individuals to live out their remaining days in peace, comfort and dignity. We strive to treat the whole person, and view the patient and family as a unit. Love felt and love given. Love withheld, and love never learned.

And so even when love among family is imperfect, or missing entirely, the spiritual work of being human is learning how to love — and how to forgive, even if it’s at the end of life.
