Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the body's natural lymphatic flow and overall wellness.

Using light, rhythmic movements, MLD can help encourage relaxation, reduce fluid stagnation, and support the body's natural detoxification processes. This work is intentionally slow, calming, and very different from traditional massage.

Session Options:

For lymphatic work, I offer a 75-minute minimum session to allow proper lymph preparation and an unhurried pace for optimal results.
