Find a group that works with your schedule, and join others in a confidential environment. Groups are facilitated by mental health professionals but intended for peer-support and education. Size is limited. First-come, first-served.

Creatively improve your mental health. Consider building a self-care box. What items would you put in it? Think of things that provide comfort when you are stressed. Maybe it’s a special item, your headphones, essential oils, fidget toys, tea, a candle. Then decorate your box to inspire you - include some photos or quotes.
