Let’s take the time to learn about Indigenous cultures, honor their traditions and histories, and listen to the stories and experiences of Indigenous communities.

We can all learn something from one another when we approach each other with open hearts and a willingness to understand.

We had such an amazing time at DePere Cinemas watching Allowed to birth: The journey of a Global Midwife

We are so grateful to Jacinta Lagos - Birth Services and Kristine Lauria for allowing us to host a screening of their incredible film. We’re also so thankful to all of our Mindful Birthing families who joined us for this special showing!

Words truly can’t express how much our community means to us or how much we cherish these opportunities to connect with you all. ❤️

We're a little late in posting, but Happy Midwifery Week to all of our fellow midwives!

This work calls some of the most compassionate women and asks so much of them in return. It takes strength to carry the hard moments, courage to advocate for families, and a whole lot of heart to keep showing up day after day.

We hope you take a moment this week to recognize the incredible work you do and the lives you touch. You are appreciated more than you know, and the world needs the care, compassion, and dedication you bring to this work.

We are so grateful for each of you and the calling we share.

Friday | Childbirth Class | 3–5 PM
Expecting your first baby? Our childbirth class is a great opportunity to learn more about what to expect when labor begins, ask questions, and feel more prepared for the big day.

Friday | Girls’ Craft Night | 6–7 PM
Grab a friend and join us for a cozy evening of crafting and conversation! We’ll be making fall wreaths and brooms and enjoying some time together.

Sunday | Allowed to Birth | 10:45 AM–12:30 PM

We’re really excited to see updates like this bringing more attention to iron deficiency and the importance of catching it earlier. It’s something we’ve been paying close attention to in our practice as well. The more we understand and the earlier we’re able to identify these issues, the better we can support women through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. 💛
