This week we're celebrating our recent DAISY and BEE Award winners! 🌼 🐝

🌼DAISY Team Award Winner: Main OR Team 🌼

Sometimes the most meaningful acts of care happen before a procedure even begins.

Amanda Gray, Benjamin Kornblatt, Mike Collins, Autumn Munzer, Caitlin Fierro, John Medina, Samantha Cave, Leshawn Anderson, and Destiny Lam saw a patient in a vulnerable moment and stepped in with compassion. Together, they washed and brushed the patient's hair, cleaned and trimmed nails, provided oral care, and gave a complete bed bath before surgery.

No one asked them to do it. They simply wanted the patient to feel comfortable, cared for, and respected.

Their teamwork turned routine preparation into something extraordinary. By caring for the whole person, they reminded everyone that dignity is an important part of healing.

Congratulations to the Main OR team on receiving the DAISY Team Award! 💙
