I spent years believing my weight was a willpower problem. 

I blamed myself every time another diet failed. I thought if I just tried harder, I’d finally figure it out. 

For me, the right answer ended up being bariatric surgery…and it changed my life. 

But here’s the thing: 
my path doesn’t have to be yours. 

What’s right for you could be lifestyle changes, medication, bariatric surgery, or a combination of approaches. 

The goal isn’t to fit into someone else’s success story, it’s to find the plan that’s right for your body. 

We won’t know what that looks like until we take the journey together.

For every patient who tells me they’re injecting peptides and feeling incredible, what exactly are you injecting? The Guardian US did an incredible job on a deep dive to find out what is in black market peptides. I encourage you all to watch, I’ll DM you the article link too.
