I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your support through my journey as a therapist and human being. My goals have always been to support not just myself, but to advocate for those within the trans, q***r, and BIPOC communities.

A little clowning around for Halloween! I hope everyone had a safe, fun, and meaningful Halloween! For me, Halloween is about more than costumes and candy. It’s an opportunity to play, explore, and express parts of ourselves that we might not always feel comfortable showing in our everyday lives. Whether you’re dressing up as a fairy, a monster, something spooky, something magical, or just clowning around like me, there’s something beautiful about giving yourself permission to step outside the usual expectations and simply be.

Self-expression can be a form of self-care. Sometimes it’s about reconnecting with your playful side, trying something different, embracing your creativity, or allowing yourself to take up space in ways that feel authentic to you. A little reminder that you don’t have to wait for Halloween to give yourself permission to express who you are. Stay playful, stay curious, and keep being unapologetically you!

I’m genuinely grateful for every nomination and vote. These recognitions mean more to me than I can put into words, not because I’m seeking attention, but because they create an opportunity to reach people who may need to hear this message.

My hope is that this reaches someone who is struggling or questioning whether they need support. You don’t have to reach a breaking point to deserve help, and asking for it is never a weakness. You are worthy of support, exactly as you are and wherever you are in your journey.
