**When it sounds too good to be true… it probably is. 😂**
“12,000 Kegels in 30 minutes” sounds impressive—but your pelvic floor isn’t a muscle you can magically strengthen by sitting in a chair and letting a machine do the work for you.
Lets just all use our brains for a minute... If you did 12,000 bicep curls in 30 minutes would your bicep magically be stronger? No, you'd have rhabdo and an injury.
Pelvic floor strength, coordination, endurance, and function are **individual**. And just like any other muscle group, getting stronger takes the right stimulus, progression, consistency, and—when needed—guidance from a qualified professional.
A pelvic health PT can help you figure out:
✨ What your pelvic floor actually needs
✨ Whether you need strength, relaxation, coordination, or endurance
✨ How your breathing and core work with your pelvic floor
✨ Which exercises are appropriate for YOU
✨ How to progressively build strength that carries over into real life
🚩 **Be careful with health claims that sound like a miracle shortcut.** Ask: *What is the research? How was this measured? And does this actually translate to improved function?*
Your pelvic floor deserves more than a marketing gimmick. ❤️
**Real assessment. Real exercise. Real progression. Real results.**
