When Sonja started her personal training journey, she was looking for guidance on how to work out safely, prevent injury, and stay accountable.

With the support of her personal trainer, Hunter, she found a program that challenged her while still meeting her where she was. Through consistency and trust in the process, Sonja has made incredible progress.

“I’m down two clothing sizes and have lost 30+ pounds, but more importantly, I don’t have to use my knee braces all the time and I can go down stairs without fearing a fall.”

Her transformation goes far beyond the scale. Sonja shares that her overall health is better and she is doing more now than she has in the last decade.

“It’s never easy putting yourself in a situation that feels overwhelming or vulnerable, but having a supportive person in my corner made me feel capable of becoming who I wanted to be.”

Only a few days left to sign up for our Sports Performance Program for middle and high school students 💪

This program helps athletes build body awareness, increase speed and explosiveness, and train with intention. Each session focuses on skills that carry over to both game day and everyday performance, from plyometrics to strength and power work.

🎓Mark Reese, front desk, graduated from East Tennessee State University and will serve in the U.S. Army as an explosive ordnance disposal officer. (Photo 1)
🎓Jack O’Connor, aquatics, graduated from Science Hill High School and will attend East Tennessee State University in the fall, then transferring to Tennessee Tech to major in electrical engineering. (Photo 2)
🎓Addison Jones, child care, will attend East Tennessee State University in the fall to study biology, with plans to become a forensic pathologist. (Photo 3)
🎓Jackson Simmons, front desk, will attend Milligan University in the fall on a basketball scholarship, majoring in biology with plans to attend medical school. (Photo 4)
🎓Ashlyn Petty, child care, will attend the University of Tennessee in the fall, majoring in chemical engineering. (Photo 5)
🎓Elise Boys, aquatics, graduated from Science Hill High School and will attend the University of Kentucky in the fall, majoring in public policy. (Photo 6)

Family swim time begins this Saturday, May 23! Bring your littles and enjoy some pool time together. 🌊

🏊Outdoor pool only
⏲️1:00 to 4:00 with lifeguards on duty
