For some, the hardest part of starting therapy is not the desire for support. It is the logistics of getting there.
Tele-therapy can make care more accessible by reducing travel time, easing scheduling barriers, and allowing you to meet with a therapist from a private, familiar space. The setting is virtual, but the care is still real, relational, and clinically meaningful.
If you have been thinking about therapy but getting to an office has been difficult, tele-therapy may be a good place to begin.
