To the dads who are doing the work š
Father's Day is Sunday. This one's for the dads - biological, chosen, step, foster, single - who are showing up and doing the inner work too.
The world doesn't always give men permission to struggle.
To say "I'm overwhelmed."
To go to therapy.
To cry.
Dang, even just saying the words could be difficult.
We give the permission and the place.
If you're a dad who's trying to break cycles, show up differently, or just figure out how to be present, we see you. That takes real courage. š
