🌟 Employee Spotlight: Donnell 🌟

We are proud to recognize Donnell as our Employee Spotlight!

Donnell was chosen because he is always willing to help wherever needed. He is proactive, dependable, and consistently goes above and beyond to serve the residents of The Blake at Lafayette. Whether he is washing dishes, assisting with food preparation, helping the maintenance team, or lending a hand in another area, Donnell is always ready to step in with a positive attitude.

Donnell has been a valued member of our team for eight months, serving as a Dishwasher. When asked what he enjoys most about working at The Blake, his answer was simple: the residents. He loves serving them and making them feel special each day.

A few fun facts about Donnell: he is a big sports fan! His favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys, his favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers, and his favorite UFC fighter is Georges St-Pierre.

Donnell also shared that he is glad he made the move to Lafayette and took the opportunity to join The Blake team.
