• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Patient, positive, and comfortable working with children
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• ABA experience is a plus, but training can be provided!

We love KCA! Congratulations! We can't wait to see it!!

🚀 Something Exciting is Launching at KCA! 🚀

We are working on something really special for our KCA Launch students for next year!

One of our goals is to create a Launch Lounge—a comfortable space where students can relax, connect with friends, enjoy board games, watch educational videos, work on social skills, and simply feel at home while learning important life and workplace skills.

This inspiration photo is very close to the vision we have in mind. We love the modern, cozy feel with shades of gray, black, and blue that fit perfectly with our KCA Launch theme.

🛋️ We are currently looking for:
• Sofas or loveseats
• Comfortable lounge chairs
• Coffee tables or end tables
• Bean bags or flexible seating
• Furniture in gray, black, navy, or similar colors

If you know of someone who is selling furniture at a reasonable price, upgrading their living room, or would like to make a donation, we would love to hear from you!

Every piece helps us create a space where our students can learn, grow, build friendships, and develop independence.

Today is such a special day!!! As we are celebrating the one and only Mr Devyn!!!

Devyn is a known Rock Star in the ABA world 🌎 and every child he has served over his more than a decade career and all those who have been blessed to know Mr. Devyn, know what a true gift he is! He serves our community with not only ethical practices and love for the science and field, but with such compassion and love!!
