Here’s a small look into our Second Annual Bloom Talent Show!

Each of our clients got the opportunity to perform for our talent show! They each chose an act that represents their personality! Every single day, each of us at Bloom get to see how special our kids are! We love that our talent show gives them the chance to show all of their friends and family their special talents too!

Our clients make Bloom the most special place out there!!

A big thank you to Nia for organizing our talent show every year! She puts so much heart and dedication into making it such a special event!🎤🤹🏽‍♀️🎟️🎬🩷

✨ LEAD COORDINATOR ✨

Everyone help us tell our girl Mari congratulations on her promotion! Mari has been promoted from a team lead technician to the Lead Coordinator.

As Lead Coordinator, Mari will support Bloom’s leadership staff in making behavior plan modifications for clients, planning events, creating and organizing systems for staff and clients, and collaborating with leaders and staff on teaching methods to increase the quality of care our clients receive.

Mari is what every leader looks to be - kind, fair, loving, smart, supportive, creative, compassionate. These are all words that fully describe Mari and what she brings to Bloom. Mari is truly a leader that every single person can look up to. We will never be able to fully describe all she brings to Bloom, and we will never stop telling her that she will always be one of the greatest things to happen to Bloom.

Mari, we love you! You deserve this promotion! We can’t wait to see all you do with it!🩷🐈 🦋🌼✨

👟 STAFF APPRECIATION MONTH 👟

Today our group text was filled clues on where the girls appreciation gifts were hidden!! All of them used the riddles to search around the building and outside to find… NEW DUNKS!🐼

Then of course, we had the most fun doing the silliest photoshoot!!!! We love these people SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!🩷

🩷STAFF APPRECIATION MONTH🩷

Wanna know what we were up to this week at Bloom?! Just a couple more staff appreciation activities!!!

👚everyone got Bloom monogrammed tank tops for water day!!

🕵️ This week our staff went through clues to find out one of our big staff appreciation events…. We’ve rented courts for our next PICKLEBALL tournament! There will be cash prizes, drawings, and LOTS OF FUN. *prizes for tournament winners, best costume, best spirit, & best spirit*

🥒 staff got their own pickleball paddles for the tournament

🍦 ended our week with King Liam's Ice Cream Truck & our favorite waterslide from Backyard Bouncers

Our staff deserves the world! We LOVE them more than we could ever say. Bloom has the best staff, the best people around. Stay tuned this month.. we have more tricks up our sleeves!🩷🦋🌼✨

They eagerly observe, explore, and document the journey day by day In their butterfly journal! To watch their faces light up as they discover something new is what we live for!✨🦋
