Every child develops at their own pace, but some signs may be worth discussing with your child’s doctor.

Parents can keep an eye out for things like:

2️⃣ Focus on Consistency: Keeping simple routines (like visual schedules or bedtime steps) aligned between home and school helps lower anxiety and builds independence.

3️⃣ Practice in Real-Life Environments: Learning skills in a structured setting is great, but practicing them where real life happens in home, at school, or in the community, is what makes those skills stick! 🏡🏫

Ever wondered what RBT and BCBA Roles actually mean, or which path might be right for you? If you're looking to start a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or take the next step as a clinical leader, here is a breakdown of how these two roles work together to make a life-changing impact:

🔹 RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
The Role: The hands-on heart of therapy! RBTs work directly 1-on-1 with clients (often children with autism or developmental delays) on a daily basis.

What They Do: Implement personalized behavior plans, teach communication and life skills through play and structured activities, and collect real-time data on progress.

Requirements: High school diploma, completion of a 40-hour training course (which we can help you get), background check, and passing the BACB exam.

🔹 BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
The Role: The master strategist and program leader! BCBAs oversee the entire clinical process.

What They Do: Conduct functional behavior assessments, design individualized treatment plans, analyze client data, provide parent/caregiver coaching, and mentor and supervise RBTs.

Requirements: Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, supervised fieldwork hours, and passing the national board certification exam.
