This is what I envision when I think about Black women resting at my sound baths. 🖤🌸

Soft. Safe. Unhurried.
Shoulders dropping. Minds quieting. Bodies settling.

So many of us spend our days caring, working, giving, pushing through, and holding everything together. I want there to be spaces where we can put some of that down.

At Cute & Cut, I create space for everyone to exhale, while also being intentional about honoring the need for rest in Black and Brown communities.

You don’t have to perform here.
You don’t have to produce here.
You don’t have to take care of anyone here.

You get to rest. 💚

And that is exactly what I hope you feel when you walk through my doors.

Yesterday, I was honored to once again receive the City of Lawrence’s Proclamation recognizing August as Black Business Month. 🖤❤️💛💚

This recognition for the second year is something I don’t take for granted.

As the owner of Cute & Cut, I’m grateful to be part of a community that recognizes and celebrates Black entrepreneurs. Building a small business takes faith, resilience, consistency, and people who believe in your dream.

This month, I encourage you to intentionally support a Black-owned business. Book a service, shop local, grab a meal, leave a review, or simply share someone’s business. Every act of support matters.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Cute & Cut. Because of you, I’ve been able to create a place where people can exhale. 💚
