What a day at the ballpark! 🎉

We were honored to be part of today's Lincoln Northwest Sagewell Summer team home game, where Dr. Scott Strasburger was presented with his very own No. 90 jersey. He even took the mound to throw out a pitch, and showed up with pizzas for every player and coach on the team.

Moments like these remind us why we love being part of this community. Supporting our local athletes and the LNW summer senior baseball program is a true privilege, and we're grateful to cheer on these players both on and off the field.

Carriker Chronicles Football Camp is coming up July 8, and Sagewell Orthopaedics is proud to help support a day built around youth sports, encouragement, and community connection. 🏈

Dr. Scott Strasburger will be helping coach during camp activities, bringing his orthopaedic expertise and passion for athlete wellness to the field. Sagewell athletic trainers Casey R. Scott and Mike Livergood will also be on site to support athletes throughout the day.

Our team will provide an athletic training tent, take part in family education, and help support awards that celebrate the kids’ effort, growth, sportsmanship, and performance.

A great morning on the field, even with a storm rolling in. ⚾

The Lincoln Northwest Sagewell baseball team spent yesterday morning volunteering with Homer's Heroes, a program built for boys and girls ages 5 to 17 with physical or intellectual disabilities. As Coach Matt Faulkner put it, "The boys dodged the storm and had a great time helping out with Homer's Heroes!"

Inclusive sports give every young athlete the chance to play, compete, and connect, and we're proud our team could lend a hand. Programs like this make a real difference in our community.

A big thank-you to Coach Matt and our Lincoln Northwest Sagewell players for showing up and giving back. Sagewell Orthopaedics is grateful to support this team and the work they do off the field, too.

At Sagewell Orthopaedics, Dr. Scott Strasburger and our team may discuss PRP therapy for certain joint or soft-tissue concerns, including some tendon, ligament, or injury-related conditions.
