Self-advocacy isn’t about diagnosing yourself or challenging your healthcare provider. It’s about becoming an active participant in your own health.

Sometimes “everything looks fine” is the end of the conversation.

Sometimes it’s where the questions begin.

Funny Farm Sunday 😂

I had big plans for a slow Sunday morning…coffee on the porch, pajamas, and absolutely no rushing.

Athena understood the assignment. 🐾☕️

The horses? Neighing from the pasture because apparently breakfast is already late.

The cats? Sitting at attention like they’ve been waiting for DAYS. 😹

So much for a slow start.

Around here, the animals run the schedule. I just drink the coffee and follow orders. 😂
