Aspen Christian Counseling

Aspen Christian Counseling Aspen Mental Health Group is a collection of cross-cultural and cross-generational integrated resources and companies. Healing needs to be holistic.

AMHG has been an industry leader in offering step-by-step strategies for clients to uncover their desired personal and relational changes creating their sustainable reality. AMHG is here to provide that guidance, asking the right questions and helping you to find the right direction. We believe:

We are designed to be relational. Overcoming challenges and change also has to be relational. Like asp

en trees that grow in clusters, sharing a root system, we also believe that we as individuals share roots with those around us. We can’t live or heal without taking into account our relationships and their impact on our lives. Healing and growth take place through relationships and understanding our family system. As counselors, our role is to help clients understand their relationships and family system for restoration and healing. By listening to our hearts, we can find the path to solutions. Challenging times provide the perfect opportunity for growth and diving into our selves. Our goal in counseling is to establish a context of growth by guiding individuals and the community towards physical, emotional and spiritual wholeness. Meaningful and effective counseling uncovers hidden desires and motives of the heart. Our clients most often come to us to address immediate crises or to alleviate presenting symptoms and suffering. But for lasting change and true growth, we must uncover and address the hidden desires and motives. Our specialists draw upon their professional training, formal education and life experiences to address the unique mental, emotional, spiritual and relational needs of each person. In addition to the specialties highlighted in their profiles, our counselors and mentors are well-equipped to serve people with an array of emotional, behavioral and historical issues. We are committed to a relational and family system perspective in approaching mental health issues, we are also sensitive to perspectives of each individual’s belief systems. In fact, we regularly counsel people of all faiths, and those who do not belong to any faith tradition at all. If you are in the midst of a challenging time and looking for immediate support and lasting change, call us today at 303-834-7389 to schedule a session.
