Week 1–4 can bring early changes that are easy to miss.

If you think you may be pregnant, come visit the center for a confidential pregnancy test.

Light spotting may happen as the embryo attaches, and hormone shifts can make everyday smells feel unusually strong.
Nasal congestion can appear early, and deep fatigue often shows up before a missed period.
Headaches and mood changes may also develop as the body adjusts, and breast tenderness is a common early sign as hormone levels rise.

Every pregnancy looks different, and these early shifts vary from person to person.
