Hip pain during pregnancy can hit out of nowhere and make even simple movements feel exhausting.

You’re not imagining it. Your body is working overtime, and your hips are carrying more than ever.

⭐️The good news is there are gentle, pregnancy‑safe ways to ease that deep ache and feel supported again. From hip‑opening stretches to belly bands and simple posture shifts, small changes can bring big relief.

This is not medical advice so check with your doctor before trying anything unusual. If these tips don’t help as much as you need, consider looking into a prenatal chiropractor to help relieve more pain.

At 37 weeks pregnant, you might feel more than ready to pop, and that feeling is so normal.

Even though you’re almost full‑term, these next couple of weeks give your baby’s brain, lungs, and nervous system precious time to fully mature.

Your body is doing sacred, exhausting work that doesn’t always show on the outside. Every kick, stretch, and wave of pressure is your reminder that you’re almost there!

Hopefully one of these will help you survive the first trimester! Hang in there, mama. It will get better.

Eat small, frequent meals to keep your stomach steady, and stick to bland, salty snacks like pretzels, crackers, or a little cheese or peanut butter.

Keep something nearby to nibble before nausea spirals, and if eating isn’t happening, a hard candy can help settle things until you can.

Sip water or ginger tea, rest when you can, and avoid strong smells that trigger you.

If symptoms feel severe, reach out to your healthcare provider.

Don’t miss this! ⬇️🩷

Worrying about being a good mom is often the quiet proof that your heart is already pointed toward love.

Motherhood brings doubt, mom guilt, and
those moments where you wonder if you’re doing enough. But none of that disqualifies you.

God equips those He calls, and He strengthens you in ways you don’t always see but you can feel it.

And if you’re not sure whether God is walking with you, we can help you learn how to know for sure, and how to carry His strength in your pocket on the days you feel worn thin.

Save this reminder for the moments you forget how deeply capable, called, and supported you truly are!

At 36 weeks pregnant, your baby is practicing breathing, gaining weight, and getting ready for birth, which is why you may feel more pressure and more Braxton Hicks contractions.

Your baby is now considered late preterm, and every roll, hiccup, and stretch is a reminder that labor is getting close.

You’re probably noticing more pelvic pressure, back aches, or trouble sleeping as your body prepares for early labor.

Today, we remember those who sacrificed their lives for us. 🇺🇸

Their courage shaped the world we get to raise our children in.

Motherhood carries its own kind of sacrifice, whether you wear a uniform or not. The quiet, everyday strength you give your family matters.
Today, we honor every mom who remembers, loves, and keeps showing up in her own brave way.
