Priscilla Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Traumatologist, and Board-Certified Clinician who has been making an impact at Concern EAP since 2021. Equipped with advanced training in TF-CBT, EMDR, ARC, the HEART Model, Motivational Interviewing, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, she specializes in helping individuals and families heal from trauma.

She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a master’s in counseling from Regent University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. With experience serving children, teens, adults, couples, and groups, Priscilla brings both expertise and compassion to every interaction.

A passionate lifelong learner, engaging speaker, and creative spirit, Priscilla finds joy in music and nature—drawing inspiration from all genres and embracing the beauty of the world around her. She is deeply committed to uplifting her community and inspiring hope. For Priscilla, counseling isn’t just a career—it’s her calling.
