Join Vaccaro Behavioral Health Group as we welcome the fall season with a morning dedicated to mindfulness, movement, and connection. 🧘‍♀️✨

Together, we’ll explore meditation, breathwork, yoga, and somatic therapy practices designed to help you slow down, connect with your senses, and be present in your body.

We’re excited to introduce our Social Success Group (SSG) for kids ages 8–14! 💙 This weekly group gives kids a supportive space to practice communication, emotional regulation, friendship and peer skills, and self-confidence.

👋 Want to learn more before joining? Come meet us!
Join us for our Open House on Thursday, October 8th from 6–7 PM. Meet the clinicians, see the space, explore what we’ll be working on, and ask any questions you may have.

📅 Groups begin the week of October 19th
