Super proud of the progress Donnie has made over the last 6 weeks!

He's down over 4% body fat, feeling stronger, seeing improvements in his lifts and workouts, and doing it all while eating MORE food and fueling more strategically.

One thing I love is that we've built a plan around real life. That means focusing on consistency, whole foods, and performance, while still making room for date nights with his wife, game day menu items, and the occasional indulgence.

Self-sabotage isn’t you being ā€œbad.ā€
It’s you trying to feel better… fast.

That late-night scroll?
That extra drink?
Skipping the workout?

They all seem to work in the moment. That’s why you keep doing them.

But they don’t solve the real problem.

The shift is this:
Stop asking ā€œwhy do I keep messing up?ā€
Start asking šŸ‘‰ ā€œhow is this helping future me?ā€

Because once you solve that… everything gets easier.

Also… set the bedtime alarm. And don't snooze it.
Staying up late to "do what you want" might give you a brief sense of control that you don’t feel during your work or family life....but it only starts a vicious cycle of exhaustion. It's called ā€œrevenge bedtime procrastination".
Trust me: Future you will be significantly less dramatic in the morning if you get your rest. šŸ˜…

But going into a hard workout completely empty can leave you feeling sluggish, shaky, or drained halfway through class.

Instead of forcing a full breakfast, focus on quick, easy-to-digest carbs before your 5AM or 6AM class:
• Banana or even just part of one
• Applesauce pouch
• Toast with honey or jam
• A few sips of a carb drink, like Vitargo
• Half a pressed fruit, like That's It bars

Think simple fuel. Not a full meal.

Then prioritize a solid protein-rich breakfast after class to recover and start the day strong šŸ’Ŗ
